Employer-Sponsored Immunizations for Employees

Pinal County Public Health Services District offers flu vaccinations, TB skin testing, and other vaccinations for employers and employees throughout the county. This service is available to all employers who require employees to be immunized against diseases. County employees may receive free annual flu vaccinations at Public Health locations by displaying their county employee badge. There are several Clinic Locations throughout the County ready to serve Pinal County employees and other employers interested in this service.

Charges for non-county employees are cost-based and set in accordance with State Law. When the prices change, they will be posted on the Adult Immunizations page.

For employers to take advantage of our services, please complete the following steps:

  1.  Complete the Letter of Agreement (PDF) on your company or department letterhead.
  2. Email the Letter of Agreement or send it to Pinal County Public Health.
  3. Once the employer receives written approval from Pinal County Public Health, an Authorization for Payment Form (PDF) must be completed and sent with the employee for every visit.
