Enforcement and Modification Project (EMAP) is a non-confidential service offered to parties that have filed a request to enforce or modify child support and the State is not a party.

Conciliation Counseling can give you time to decide and is offered by the Superior Court for spouses who are considering divorce or in the process of divorce.

Default Assistance Program
Decree Assistance is a brief meeting with a Conciliation Court Attorney to quickly review a person’s Decree for any discrepancies prior to going in front of the Judge.

Expedited Differentiated Case Management (EDCM)
Expedited Differentiated Case Management is a non-confidential service that may be automatically set in your case if it meets certain criteria, or the Judge may order this service.

This service is available in the courthouse one day per week so that Judge(s) may refer cases during court hearings.

A Family Assessment is a meeting with an evaluator to gather important information regarding the family.

Family Law Facilitator
The Family Law Facilitator provides assistance for self-represented litigants and is able to answer general questions about the court process, rules, and more.

High Conflict Class
A Judge may order parents to attend this four-hour class to help parents learn better ways of communicating and addressing conflict and instability in their co-parent relationships.

Mediation
Mediation is a meeting with a mediator to try and reach an agreement about legal decision-making and parenting time.

Parenting Coordination is provided to families by Order of the Court if the Judge.
