Mailing of Archived Parcel Maps
We will mail paper copies of archived parcel maps only after receiving a written request and payment in full. Maps may be folded to accommodate envelope sizes available to Assessor staff.
Please make checks payable to "Pinal County." Please include the parcel number and/or legal description with each map request along with a contact name and daytime phone number in case additional information is needed.

In-Office Requests
Any of our archived parcel maps may be purchased at our Florence office. Maps and DVDs are created at the time of the request using the up-to-date information. Please allow approximately 30 minutes to create DVDs and large maps.

Archived Parcel Maps on DVD
The DVD contains scanned tiff images (maps created prior to 2010) and PDFs of Pinal County Assessor parcel maps through 2018.
Prices:
- Commercial Use: $995 per disc
- Non-Commercial Use: $150 per disc
Overnight service is not available. The DVD contains maps only. Ownership data is not available on DVD. Please send check or money order with a written request for each order to:

The Pinal County Assessor's Office reserves the right to change fees and requirements at any time. All DVDs are tested before sending, the Assessor's Office is not responsible if your system is not able to view or print the items on this DVD. Map scales can change when maps are reproduced, therefore we do not guarantee scale's on any reproduced map.

The Pinal County Assessor's Office currently maintains all parcel data using a geographic information system (GIS). Request GIS data.
