OVERVIEW
- Authority: A.R.S. §38-847
- Membership: Five Member Board. One Member is the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, or a designee the Chairman, who is approved by the board of supervisors; two members who are elected by secret ballot by members employed by the participating county in a designated position; and two citizens, one of whom shall be the Chairman of the Merit System Commission
- Term of Office: Four Years
- Powers: Oversight for Administration of the Public Safety Retirement Plan

- Pursuant to Open Meeting Law, meetings are normally held on the Fourth Thursday of the month at 10:00 a.m., at the Pinal County Administrative Complex in the Ironwood Room located at 1891 Historic Courthouse, 135 N. Pinal Street, Florence. AZ 85132.
- Statement of Meeting Posting Locations: Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02. Public Notice is hereby given that all Public Safety Retirement Board Meeting Notices shall be posted in a kiosk located outside the Pinal County Sheriff Office Administration Building located at 971 Jason Lopez Circle, Building C, Florence, AZ 85132, and the county’s website, (View Agendas & Minutes located below). All Meeting Agendas are inclusive of the Meeting Notice of Posting which indicates the date, time, and place of said meetings.
