Service Providers
There are people in the community that are willing to help you help yourself in Court. This site contains listings of lawyers, mediators, parenting skill classes, and assessment services that can help you with your current legal situation and help you avoid legal and personal problems in the future. Depending upon your residence location, it may be prudent to seek an attorney, parenting coordinator, mediator or other service providers close to your home to assist you in reaching solutions to your unique problems.
In certain family court cases involving legal decision-making and parenting time of minor children, the parties may request, and the court may order, the appointment of a Parenting Coordinator to assist with disputes between parents in matters involving minor children. A group of trained, qualified attorneys and behavioral health professionals act as Parenting Coordinators in family law cases and are eligible for appointment by the court.
