What do I need to bring to my presentence interview?

You must bring the following to your interview:

  • Your birth certificate or passport
  • Your Driver’s License or photo identification
  • Your social security number/card
  • Your Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) or insurance card
  • Proof of residence (utility bill, phone bill, etc)
  • Your most recent payroll check stub (if possible)

You may bring:

  • A written statement of your version of the offense
  • Character reference letters, which are letters from friends, employers, and/or clergy who know about the offense and what type of person you are
