As the Deputy Administrator for the DES Workforce Development Administration, Tim leads and develops statewide workforce programs in performance outcomes and strategic coordination. In this capacity, he is responsible for the development of a results-oriented leadership team focused on customer value, employment outcomes, and sustainable results. In this capacity, Tim cultivates and manages relationships with community and department partners within the [email protected] network to improve outcomes and align goals.
Why did you join the Pinal County Workforce Development Board?
As a long time Pinal County resident, the success of Pinal County is important to me. Being a member of the Pinal County Workforce Development Board I can contribute in the develop of the local workforce development area direction which plays a big role in the success of the county.
