Todd Williams joined Pinal County as Deputy Director of Community Development in August 2022.
Todd has extensive Government experience in Arizona with diverse experience in development, planning, flood control, water/wastewater, transportation, and environmental compliance. Todd has served in leadership roles with ADOT, the Flood Control District of Maricopa County, and as a key Senior Program Manager with Michael Baker International.
Throughout his career, Todd has engaged with regulatory staff, attorneys, executive leadership, government officials, and tribal authorities. He has regularly participated in meetings with the Arizona Chapter of the Associated General Contractors, the American Council of Engineering Companies of Arizona, and the Arizona Rock Products Association.
Todd has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Biology from the University of Waterloo. He is currently studying to pursue CFM and AICP certifications.
