Assistant City Manager, Apache Junction
Mr. Busby currently serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Apache Junction, Arizona. He has been with the city for almost 10 years. In this role he oversees the day-to-day operations of the city, including oversight of the annual budget process and the finance department. Prior to working for the city, he was a staff member of the Arizona State Legislature's Joint Legislative Budget Committee. He has a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Brigham Young University and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Arizona. Mr. Busby was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and is a 5th generation Arizonan. He currently resides in Apache Junction with his wife and two children.
