Finance Director, Casa Grande
Ms. Ozoemelam serves as the Finance Director for the City of Casa Grande. Prior to this assignment, she served as the Financial Services Manager for the City of Maricopa. Ms. Ozoemelam also serves as a Budget Reviewer for the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA). Ms. Ozoemelam is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with Latin honors and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. She has over 30 years of budgeting, auditing and accounting experience and has held executive-level positions in government and higher education.
